A purpose-built operating workspace connecting product and warehouse information, quoting, sales documents and accounting-linked workflows for Firex.
A fire-products supplier does not run on a single quote form. Product information, stock across locations, customer details, commercial documents and accounting all have to work together. The implementation for Firex spans that wider operating picture.
The work includes a tailored sales portal, product and warehouse lookups, quote preparation and accounting-connected Sales Order workflows. It also extends into the paperwork that supports collection and delivery—not just what appears on the screen.
This is practical integration work: represent the business’s rules, preserve the identity of a transaction as it moves between systems, and make the everyday operator interactions usable.
