Trust is built
into the work.
The standards behind Nordlith’s AI implementation: clear authority, useful evidence, disciplined information and follow-through that does not depend on someone remembering.
An illustrative workflow. Permissions and approval points are agreed for each implementation.
People retain consequential judgment
The system may prepare, recommend or perform a bounded action. The business decides what authority it has. Sensitive decisions should not disappear into a model response.
Verification is part of delivery
Check the result against the trusted record. Make failures visible. A successful request or plausible sentence is not proof that the intended change happened.
Keep information useful and proportionate
More stored context is not automatically better. Use relevant information, respect access boundaries and keep uncertainty visible. Personal or commercially sensitive information requires deliberate handling.
Own the next step
A deferred action needs an owner and a way back into the work. Monitoring and escalation should be explicit, so a task does not quietly disappear between now and later.
Improve without drifting
Corrections should inform the next implementation without widening authority or rewriting the original objective. Stable behaviour and honest limits matter more than novelty.
A useful next step.
