Job and site records
Retrieve the current schedule, location, access and qualification fields from the system that owns them.
Connect schedules, jobs, sites and location context so field-service teams can see pressure earlier and spend less time assembling the picture. Your operational platform stays authoritative. Your planners stay in control.
An illustrative workflow. Permissions and approval points are agreed for each implementation.
ILLUSTRATIVE CONTROL SCHEMATIC · NOT LIVE DATA · Source evidence → explicit rules → planner review → confirmed result
Retrieve the current schedule, location, access and qualification fields from the system that owns them.
Flag missing fields, timing conflicts and defined operational exceptions without inventing certainty.
Show the source and reason for attention. A responsible planner chooses whether anything changes.
Read back any authorised update and keep mismatches visible with an owner and recovery path.
Illustrative control pattern, not a live optimisation claim. Dispatch authority remains with the business.
A full calendar does not reveal missing site information, an awkward travel leg or a job whose status has changed. Nordlith helps bring the relevant context together before the dispatcher has to chase it.
Read the agreed schedule and job fields. Identify missing locations or conflicting commitments. Show the source and why an item needs attention. A planner checks the options and approves any change in the authoritative platform. This is a design example, not a live product demonstration or a promised optimisation result.
A convenient route is not authority to allocate a technician. Qualifications, customer commitments, site access and operational constraints need explicit rules. Start with read-only context and draft recommendations; admit writeback only if the responsible business owner approves it.
Describe one planning bottleneck, the platform that owns the job, the fields the planner trusts and the exceptions that currently cause calls or rework. Use a redacted example. We assess access, location-data rights and platform compatibility before implementation.
Check ordinary jobs, missing fields, duplicate records, permission failures and late changes. Compare the output with the source schedule. Agree who resolves exceptions and how to stop or recover the integration before widening its role.
We propose a read-only planning-exceptions workflow. Before build, we agree on exact fields, access boundaries, and exclusions. This scope does not include autonomous dispatch or billing changes.
Clear criteria help determine if this workflow suits your current operations. These conditions are based on data availability and decision authority.
This workflow is designed for human-led planning support. It does not imply API-only eligibility or automatically exclude all disconnected tools.
Not by default. The public service is planning and operational support with explicit human authority. Any transactional dispatch scope would need separate agreement and testing.
The connection is assessed for your actual platform and available interfaces. No named vendor partnership, universal connector or subscription entitlement is implied.
Those are outcomes to test, not promises. Establish the baseline, operational constraints and acceptance measure before attributing any improvement to AI.
Tell us where time or follow-through is being lost. We will start with the problem, not a product pitch.
