AI FOR BUSINESS

Less admin. More time.

Powerful AI, put to work for you.

Nordlith helps Perth businesses put AI to work on emails, routine administration and follow-ups—connected to the tools you already use, with your team in control.

01 / THE WORK

The job changed. Did the office find out?

A coordinator should not have to reconcile a site message, a job record and yesterday’s spreadsheet before answering a customer. We start with that handover: where the update arrives, which record should change and who can approve a new commitment. You get a mapped workflow, a working first integration and a review process for the updates that need judgement.

02 / THE WORK

Illustrative example: From site note to a planner-ready brief

A technician reports an access delay by email. The integration matches the job reference, gathers the current appointment and prepares an exception for the planner. The planner confirms the revised arrangement before a customer message is sent. A message with no job reference goes to the exception list rather than creating a second job. The handover includes the original note and the reason a decision is needed.

Choose your first Perth scope

Start with the handover your team needs to improve. Compare the first output, what you bring and who owns the next decision.

01

Map the handover

Choose this when ownership or the safe first scope is unclear.

First deliverable: A field-to-office decision map and prioritised recommendation.

What you bring: One redacted site update and its matching job record.

Owner: Your coordinator or planner decides the safe first scope.

02

Connect the records

Choose this when staff copy or reconcile the same job context between systems.

First deliverable: A read-only site-note-to-planner-brief prototype, with source, timestamp and exceptions visible.

What you bring: Redacted site notes, job references, source records and a named access owner.

Owner: The planner checks the brief; your system owner governs access and matching rules.

Add bounded assistance

Choose this when repeated site or service requests need a useful draft before human review.

First deliverable: A permission-limited draft or brief that flags missing facts and hands exceptions to a person.

What you bring: Representative requests, approved response boundaries and an exception handover owner.

Owner: Your nominated reviewer decides what is used; protected actions stay separately approved.

04 / THE WORK

What to bring to discovery

Bring a redacted late site update and the matching job record to the discovery session for review. Identify the appointment owner and list the specific fields they are permitted to change during handover. Define how the workflow handles incoming site messages that do not include a valid job reference. Name the person who approves a revised customer commitment before any external message is sent out.

05 / THE WORK

Plan around the people doing the work

Remote discovery can include both your Perth coordinator and the person sending field updates. Bring the working record to the call, with sensitive details removed. We agree who tests the handover during normal operations and what staff do if the integration is unavailable. Any site visit is discussed separately; the first scope does not depend on one.

06 / THE WORK

Start with one recent handover

Bring an update that was difficult to reconcile, the affected job fields and the person who made the final decision. That is a stronger starting brief than a list of AI products.

Before we start.

Can we start without replacing our job system?

We can scope a handover around your existing job system. First we check its permitted access and the records it can share. Where access is suitable, the first integration prepares site updates for review without requiring a replacement job system.

What happens when the site update cannot be matched?

If a message lacks a valid job reference, it goes to an exception list instead of creating a duplicate job. The handover includes the original note and explains why a decision is needed, so a planner can review it without disrupting the normal workflow.
